There's not many, but they're rules from thefanlistings.org.

1#. You MUST be a fan of Green Day's album Shenanigans.
#2. You MUST list your real name [no screen names!], your country and a valid email address.
#3. If you have a website, it would be nice of you to link back to this site with a code. I'd appreciate it a lot.
